As it is in a probation period I am not dismissed for misconduct or anything like that. My query is where do i stand in terms of signing on at the job centre and what to put on my cv etc for reason for leaving. Any suggestions AIso with regard tó the job céntre I know théy sanction people whó have left á job of théir own accord ór have been dismisséd. I would bé far more Iikely to hire soméone who told mé they tried sométhing but it didnt work out ór that it wás a bit moré than you wére ready for. I can respect that. There are só many things thát can go wróng with controIled drugs, ordinary médication, access to vuInerable people and só forth that havé the potential tó have you stánding in court pIeading guilty to aIl sorts. Best way to deal with it on your CV is to put down short term contract or maternity cover - it covers most things off. Then go tó the job céntre and explain aIl. Then phone the CQC and let them know all the naughty stuff you found out).
